On Monday 10th June, we were lucky enough to have a visit from our local fire fighters. Children from Form 2 and Early Years got to watch and try out the fire hose, it in the fire engine, hear the siren and see the different equipment in the engine, incuding the giant scissors, which are used to cut through bars, and the huge ladders for reaching the tops of buildings. It was a great experience, very much enjoyed by all. Thank you to our Purley fire fighters!
