Form 4 have been looking at the topic ‘Earning a Living’ in their Geography lessons. This week, Mrs Salvam kindly visited the class to talk about her very interesting career as a Solicitor working with ‘Green energy’. The children saw a model wind turbine, and all learnt so much about the job role of a solicitor and the varied pathways this can take. It tied in fantastically with their topic on Climate Change too. The children were inspired and asked many questions! The class have also had visits recently from Mrs Patel, a scientist and Mrs Patel, a dentist. They look forward to welcoming some more parents next Thursday to find out about their chosen careers.
