Remembrance Sunday

Our Head Boy and Head Girl laid a wreath at the Woodcote Green War Memorial on behalf of St David’s on Sunday 12th November. They were joined by many fellow students and their families in this act of remembrance.
Diwali Celebrations

Our Early Years classes spent a lovely day on Friday celebrating Diwali. They learnt all about the festival and took part in many activities including creating Rangoli patterns, making delicious mango lassis and celebrating with a special Diwali lunch.

Form 2 Assembly

Purley Library Trip

Our Nursery and Reception classes thoroughly enjoyed their first trip of the year, to Purley Library, on Thursday 13th October. They listened to stories and looked at the books. Many children became members of the library and we are sure that they will visit again soon.
Ancient Egyptian Artwork

To end their topic on Ancient Egyptians, Form 3 had an Egyptian-themed arts and crafts afternoon. The children made and decorated canopic jars, made book marks from papyrus paper, which they decorated with hieroglyphics, and made jewellery from painted patterns on card.
Toy Museum Trip

As part of their History topic, Form 1 visited a Victorian playroom, which is part of Guildford museum.
