On 1st March, pupils from St David’s joined more than 150 musicians at Woldingham School’s Orchestra Day. The musicians ranged from new players aged 8 years old to professionals with 40 years experience.

After an afternoon of rehearsals, eight primary and prep schools played alongside professional musicians from the London Mozart Players at a Gala Concert in the evening, which was watched by students, staff and excited parents.

It was a wonderful experience for all involved. Our pupils particularly enjoyed their impromptu talent show during the break, in which they joined up with pupils from Banstead Prep to have fun sharing their talents and entertaining one another.
