Children from Forms 3 & 4 had a lovely afternoon at Royal Russell School where they took part in some friendly cricket matches. Two mixed teams competed and performed brilliantly together. There was some excellent bowling, batting and fielding on display. For some of the children this was their first taste of a cricket match, so it was great to see them pick up the rules and tactics throughout the afternoon. St David’s narrowly won both games but most importantly they all had fun.
