Form 3 had an absolutely fantastic day on Thursday 24th February, continuing with their Egyptian topic. The children made clay cartouches, working carefully to create some real masterpieces that they can’t wait to share with you. The cartouches will be painted when fully dried next week. The art and craft continued with some Egyptian cat designing and making.
The class practised their Egyptian dancing and attempted and succeeded in making a whole class giant pyramid constructed from marshmallows and cocktail sticks.! A superb team effort! The children somehow managed to resist eating their construction materials. The children all looked fantastic in their Egyptian costumes and we hope that this day will be one the children will remember for years to come.
