On Friday 23rd September, Form 3 had a fabulous day at The British Museum to support their Egyptian work in History. After checking out the Rosetta Stone and some incredible Egyptian sculptures, the children explored some of the themes of daily life including hobbies, clothing and jewellery, family, food and the natural environment.

In the afternoon, the children accessed the superb Samsung Digital Centre and, inspired by the paintings from the tomb of Nebamun, they created a digital collage. Students used green screen technology and learnt basic image editing skills to create their collage. The children had a lot of fun using the phones, iPads and green screen to bring their creations to life and further explore the Egyptian art works.
